Pretty cool, but it seems like this was copied off of codingcactus, so please at least give credit. If not, please reply to this comment and explain, thanks!

proryan

@JBYT27 I didn't copy @codingcactus's code and I got the idea online so I don't see why I should give credit(I gave credit anyways...)

JBloves27

Ah, ok. Sry! @proryan

PyCoder01

This is the same thing as CodingCactus's typing speed test but with really messy code and a bad option to learn typing. Python isn't the language to do typing speed tests. They are not really accurate.

Rating: 2.8/5 stars

P.S Merry Christmas!

JBloves27

Ah, lol @PyCoder01

FlaminHotValdez

It penalizes you way too much for accuracy IMO like in real life accuracy can be easily undone with the backspace. Speed is different tho.

proryan

@FlaminHotValdez Well if you just spammed your keyboard you could get the paragraph done pretty fast. So that's why I made it like that.

FlaminHotValdez

@proryan ya but it penalizes way too much

proryan

@ZDev1 Thanks!

Wumi4

@proryan You can use LanguageTool to fix your grammar, it's free, support multiple languages, and does the job very well! (I'm not going to advertising here, but it's so good that I'm pleasing to advertising it.)

proryan

@Wumi4 I purposely used bad grammar so that people would make mistakes while they were typing but thanks for the tip!

mollthecoder

@proryan "people would mistakes"

ManojAbraham
