TIC TAC TOE !!! v2
recently, I made a tic tac toe game without any Graphics and it was non-clickable, a few people asked me to make a tic tac toe game with GUI. so this is the game I created.
NOTE: If the game doesn't give a popup on who is the winner, double click on the winner's character; The X or the O, and you will get the pop-up on who is the winner.
