Hello Repl!

I am very new to (modern) programming. Here is one of the first official projects I have completed: A simple program of a Pac-Man that moves across the screen, and is controlled by WASD to move and Q and E to change speed. I know that this code is super inefficient, so could I please have some feedback on how I could improve this and potentially code more efficiently in the future?
