Ratio Timer - A Dynamic Pomodoro
Vandesm14 (2753)

I didn't like how Pomodoro timers were so limiting. I created a dynamic "ratio timer" to allow you to pick your work to break ratio and manage your time easily!

Instructions are provided in the app!

Any feedback, questions, or comments are welcome!

Nice job! Some suggestions:

  • Make that highlight have the same border radius as the input boxes below, so that it's more uniform.

  • For the clear button, there should be a modal/pop-up to confirm you want to lose all your progress, to make sure you don't accidentally lose your time.

  • I feel like the start button is a very important feature as it's the button to start the timer. Maybe make it a bit bigger or a different color so that we can see the difference between the other buttons?

  • And oops..?

  • Lastly, you could make it responsive.

Anyways, those were just some suggestions; you don't have to take any if you don't want to! :D

Good luck! :)

@Bookie0 Hi! I'll get the styles a bit better and make it mobile friendly. Luckily, I just updated the whole thing so there's a ton more functionality and better UX overall (hopefully).

There are now logs, so if you accidentally clear, it'll save your time so you can easily just restore (I'll add a button for that soon too).

You can now happily edit each timer individually with live updates!

PS: The NaN and weird stuff should be fixed now that I added limits for the input boxes.

Let me know your feedback on the new version!

@Vandesm14 Alright sounds cool! The logs idea is a good one.
