Happy Independence Day India
h
amritshenava98

On the occasion of India's 74th Independence Day, I have designed the Indian Flag using nothing but code(CSS). The chakra was a challenging task and required a lot of code which is why it is a blue dot. Apart from this code artwork, I have also shared a message as well. Both the artwork and the message are available on the website that I developed and the link to the website is https://india.amritshenava98.repl.co/. The website is also available in other regional languages of India and I am adding support for others languages as well. If you don't find the language that you want, please do let me know and I will make the website available in that language. I hope you like the website that I developed and till then, Happy Independence Day and Jai Hind 🇮🇳

PS :- The website has been built from scratch without using templates or frameworks. Feedbacks, recommendation snd thoughts all highly appreciated.

amritshenava98

@SwaroopBappanad @AbhayBhat I can speak Kannada and Tulu as well.

EpicGamer007

@SwaroopBappanad, same, i can speak but idk how to read and write, to google translate it is!

SwaroopBappanad

@amritshenava98 funny, seeing how I speak both as well

SwaroopBappanad

@amritshenava98 If you can speak Tulu, why is it not on the website? Just asking, even though not most people speak it.

SwaroopBappanad

@AbhayBhat Quick Question (One that you don't have to answer if you don't want to), but how did you get so good at java? Any pointers? (I know java, but have a very basic understanding)

EpicGamer007

@SwaroopBappanad, idk. I just practiced I guess, There is this old but really good book called head first java and it goes over a lot of stuff(I own a copy) ad I also a had a club in school which taught java.

amritshenava98

@SwaroopBappanad I wanted to do it but I needed the Tulu font for it. TuluFont is only available on Windows. I am a Mac user.
Plus I don't read or write Kannada. I translated it using Google Translate. Tulu is not available on Google Translate.

amritshenava98

@AbhayBhat @SwaroopBappanad Where are you both from? I would love to connect with you both.

EpicGamer007

@amritshenava98, I live in [removed] in the U.S.A.
