i really like the animations!

this is super neat to see because some community members are working on a similar idea, but on a bit larger scale :P

i definitely would love to see the amount of games your site as increase

one thing that i especially like are the animations. i really think it makes websites more lively, if used properly

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@eankeen Wow! It's a co-incidence. I did not actually make it for carnival bro.

This is really cool! I love the animations and overall design.

Awesome! All you need is a SQL database

I think that the introduction on the home page needs a few more plurals...

What is with all of these dead links, and I'm pretty sure that you don't work for a company called "Arb". Did you really make this?

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@theangryepicbanana Bro these are just for show. This make the site cool. Isn't it?

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@theangryepicbanana But it is not an Issue at all. Not at all. I just put this because I couldn't find any company with name ARB. If you can find reply here, I will change it. I couldn't do ©️ as I am not the owner of and I have no right to put ©️ as mark. So I made a fake company Arb. I am a 15 y/o boy How can I get a job in a company 😂 😂 😂

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@SaptarshiHalder ... Why don't you just put your own name...?

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@MatthewDoan1 Doesn't it looks weired to put ©Yourname. Just think of a company. EG: A company, CHOCO MILSHAKE,Best Milkshakes ever.

-©️ MatthewDoan.

Won't it look funny

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@SaptarshiHalder This isn't a company though, this is a personal website.

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@SaptarshiHalder Also, I'm not sure hard-coding the upvote counts is a good idea.

let upvotes = ['👍 224', '👍 163', '👍 422','👍 230', '👍 223', '👍 217','👍 190', '👍 165', '👍 260', '👍 216', '👍 327', '👍 339', '👍 187', '👍 14'];
SaptarshiHalder (46)

@MatthewDoan1 Hmm. In this point I agree with you.🙌. But to be honest, you won't get so many so many coders, for this (not so good website) to be engaged to give even 100 upvotes for a single game. And I have seen the quality of repls that get 100 votes. They are great. So I had no other choice bro.

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@SaptarshiHalder What i mean is if another user upvotes (say, Anthony_Tonev's basic card game), then your upvote count will be broken.

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@MatthewDoan1 Hmm that's true but i have no choice actually.😥😥😥. It will be helpful if you can suggest a remedy please.

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@SaptarshiHalder Hmmmm... You've hard-coded the links to the actual games in, as well; the only workaround that I can think of is also hard-coding the link the the Talk posts as well, which completely defeats the purpose of trying to fetch the number of upvotes the post has... oh well.

Vandesm14 (2640)

@MatthewDoan1 There's a repl talk API which he could pull from. He could try that?

SaptarshiHalder (46)

@Vandesm14 Can you please explain how to implement it?

Vandesm14 (2640)

@MatthewDoan1 Oh, I think you're right. I'll get back to you on the topic of a nodejs/rest api. (he's gonna use nodejs right?)

MatthewDoan1 (336)

@Vandesm14 The thing is, his source code hard-codes the links in, with the extension; I think he would need to add the links to the repl talk posts as well to be able to get the upvote counts.

This applies to every single game link that he has hard-coded into his code.
