so starting of this painting app

start with adding the titles like <marquee><p>The Painting App</p></marquee>.
if marquee tag required or else just use <p></p>
more style tages <b></b> , <i></i>

adding the paints color as many color you want !
adding the rows and columns -

i have written 20 times so we have to copy it 20 times , you can add more grids
so the index html work is done

so next go to java scriptadding the pen color and adding to background color like when click this color it will show in grid
And then come to style.css

add the background color
border margin ,
display table row

and last copyright design
and pen color
