React

React is a verbose JavaScript framework for making reusable components and improve workflow.

Why this tutorial

This tutorial shows you how to use create-react-app on repl.it to make a boilerplate for your react app. NOTE: Takes up like 160MB lol

Get started

npm install -g create-react-app

Install the CLI.

npx create-react-app myfirstreact

Use the CLI to make the boilerplate.

cd myfirstreact npm start

Launch the server!

Debugging

If you don't see an atom image with this text:

Edit src/App.js and save to reload. Learn React

Something went wrong.

  • Check for any red text: they are helpful errors

Closing

After this. You might want to learn react

@Coder100 Well, that worked... but I still can't start the server...

Here's the Repl if you need to look at the code and log, I guess.

Edit: To clarify, I got all the files installed. So thank you! But again, I can't start the server with npm start nor yarn start.
