these two are working but then I want to thisWrite a program which reads data from ‘test.txt’ file and converts all characters into upper case and then writes back them into ‘output.txt’ file in the same directory. Your program should check if output.txt exists or not, if it doesn’t exist create a new one.
it tells me that file not found. I think there is a mistake in one of these two codes
