You forgot a ) at the end of line 17, when the line the error is on isn't faulty, always check backwards instead of forwards

mikebarlow

thanks you were right but it did not fix the error @MrVoo

MrVoo

@mikebarlow It works for me, did you end up fixing it?

mikebarlow

nvm i got it was the line 17 missing ) and line 19 I indented with the wrong key

mikebarlow

idk why it left it out but the error is here at the :
if ac=="wait":
print("you wait 3 hours then you see him appear out of a shadow he says are you stupid why did you not escape well whatever that just makes this easier for me DIE you fall to the ground poring blood everywhere you have died\n")
and here is the error message if it helps
File "main.py", line 19
if ac=="wait":
^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

rickysong

@mikebarlow wait isnt a command

rickysong

@mikebarlow you use import time

rickysong

@mikebarlow then use time.sleep(#youramountoftime)

mikebarlow

ik but I used it as a one of the 2 responses and ac is the variable that stores the response to use later @rickysong
