I have little / basically no experience, however I am planning on hopefully becoming a freelance coder / hacker. If you can help me with this please let me know. Thank you!

With little to no experience, W3 Schools is the best way to learn. The curricula starts off and it can teach anyone with no experience, and then as you progress, the curricula gets much more advanced. Many people think that they need a teacher to teach them programming, but actually you are your best teacher.

Maybe experiment alot, with things you don't know, or things you wanna try to see if you can make.
One tip from me: Internet help.
