iPad Coding

Hey Repl, I’m starting computer science A’Level this September and am using an iPad as my main device, are there any good apps I can get to code on?

I have been recommended:
Pythonista - will be good however we are learning C#
Codea - again, looks good, especially for making games however it is in Lua
Continuous - look like my best option atm as it’s in C# and looks good for coding games

If any of you have any recommendations or other points about the three I suggested please let me know

But you can always code on repl.it even on ipad, i recommend using a bluetooth keyboard with it (or the one with the Apple new ipad thingy) because its alwasy much easier to code on keyboard ;)

Happy coding and hope this helps! =)

Thank you very much, I have recently punched a Smart Keyboard for my iPad Pro so that’s all sorted. I’ll take a look at the links now and hopefully find something :)

OMG I used to use Codea a ton before I got a computer. I've been told Continuous is good as well. Both apps are paid IIRC, so if you're looking for a free option, Repl.it works on mobile. Definitely try it or one of those apps out if you wanna get a head start.

Its good to know that the apps are good, I’m not too fussed about buying an app or two as in reality its cheaper than buying an entire computer. Got any good websites for learning some basics on Codea?

I really just learned Codea through the built-in demos. Once you got the basic structure down, the documentation of all the commands you'll need are easily accessible in the editor.

Okay, thank you very much for the help :)
