What language are you planning on making variables and constants in?
If it's in javascript, then just say this for variables:

var VARIABLE_NAME=VARIABLE_VALUE; //Note: the variable name can not be a number //For constants: const VARIABLE_NAME=VARIABLE_VALUE;

If you're trying to make variables and constants in python then,

VARIABLE_NAME=VARIABLE_VALUE; #Note: the variable name can not be a number #IDK how to do a constant in python

NOTE: For both of these that the variable value can be a number, string (like a sentence between quotes), a list [thing1, thting2], and other stuff.

If this helped please mark this as the correct answer :D
