Well, how good are you at front end? Have you worked with technologies like Vue and React? How about website creating engines like Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, or weebly?
If you have you might want to try doing a freelancing website like fiverr or work with friends to get some front end experience before you decide that you want to switch majors.

Thank you for that, and no I haven't I'm trying to learn JavaScript now, I only know HTML and CSS and the knowledge I do have on those languages are limited. DO you think it would be better for me to just stick with business?

I can't really say, it depends on what you want to do. Personally I thought about going into business, but after working a job as an IT specialist I've decided to go into Programming because personally, I enjoy it more.
You don't have to choose right now, I suggest you keep on going with business if that's what you like, but try coding in your spare time and challenging yourself to make more serious projects. If you decide you like coding them go ahead and change majors.
You should also talk to people around you with a lot more experience, I'm eighteen and haven't been around for very long, but my dad and other people I work with have given me some really good advice and helped me decide on what I should do.
You should talk to your family and the people that now you better then I do, discuss things openly and get their opinions, those opinions will matter much more then mine. @donnoven
