What is the file that is in the home directory of all my programs?
ZacharyRude (7)

In the shell, when I type cd ~, hit ENTER, then type dir or ls and then hit ENTER, not only do I see a directory with the name of the program (which is the directory that contains all of the main files and folders for the program), but I also see a file that is called What is that file, and why is it there?

its there for when the devs were testing the effectiveness of a language I believe.

in the polygott reepl, each toml file has a test command to test if it actually works, and probably administers that.
