Well Repl.it is an awesome place because you can code websites (that are public and have domains) for free. Learn HTML and CSS if you don't already and start coding from an HTML Repl. If you don't want to code it, just look up free website builder.

Learn about HTML, CSS, and JS. You could google some tutorials. Or, you could do PHP. I would advise html, css, and js.
