VSC PyAudio Installation Error

Hello, I'm James and I've been trying to program an AI using the speech_recognition module and pyttsx3. At first I tried installing pyaudio and it said that I had to have Microsoft VSC C++ 16.0 or greater (something like that...). So I downloaded what I needed to then tried again. Only this time, I got this error:

ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1: 'c:\users\user\appdata\local\programs\python\python39\python.exe' -u -c 'import io, os, sys, setuptools, tokenize; sys.argv[0] = '"'"'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-jqj4rlvr\pyaudio_04f43bc28bac4e6496a6d8801f3b2ad4\'"'"'; file='"'"'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-jqj4rlvr\pyaudio_04f43bc28bac4e6496a6d8801f3b2ad4\'"'"';f = getattr(tokenize, '"'"'open'"'"', open)(file) if os.path.exists(file) else io.StringIO('"'"'from setuptools import setup; setup()'"'"');code ='"'"'\r\n'"'"', '"'"'\n'"'"');f.close();exec(compile(code, file, '"'"'exec'"'"'))' install --record 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-record-n8v1_jeg\install-record.txt' --single-version-externally-managed --compile --install-headers 'c:\users\user\appdata\local\programs\python\python39\Include\pyaudio' Check the logs for full command output.
