I've seen people with tags on there profile. Not like the normal Regular red "hacker" tag. I mean I've seen people with a blue "moderator" tag and a yellow "content creator" tag How do I get these tags? Plz, let me know.

The moderator tag is if you are a well appreciated user, and you are active on repl.it, and you post good stuff, report bad stuff, and are a good user, they will pick you. But not for know though. They have too many mods.

The content creator is if you post good tutorials, and posts. You also have to be a good user on repl.it.

That's it.

Moderator is, well, a moderator. Their job is to go around repl talk and unlist/delete spam/inappropriate comments/posts. They also wield the power of the ban hammer lol.

If you hover on the moderator tag this is what it says:

A content creator is a person who creates amazing posts/tutorials. If you hover on the content creator tag you see this:

To become a moderator or content creator, you'd probably have to be here for a decent amount of time. For a mod, you are selected by an admin when they need more mods. You'd have to not cause trouble, be nice, helpful, and I'd say have a sense of justice. To become a content creator, you're also selected by an admin and you have to have really cool tutorials/posts.

Good luck! :D

I'd like to have someone called NathanTodd2 banned. They were calling me a bot and accusing me of cycle farming.

@Devgod23 hey,can you read my comment above.

you get it by posting tutorials. If it gets notable enough to be on a newsletter, you almost automatically get the tag, but you can also remind admins by pinging them

Can you not get it for posts? Is it just for tutorials? @Coder100

Thx @Bookie0 @XThacker and @BananaJellyfish but the question is can I get the tags

Profile icon
BananaJellyfish

Yes. By either posting good tutorials (become a content creator) and a moderator i think you need to participate a lot with loads of posts and things @Devgod23

So it will take a while @Devgod23

@Devgod23 I did answer your question lol. You asked how do you get the tags. I answered what the tags are, and how to get them:

Contnent creators post really good tutorials, and moderators can ban people and delete posts. You have to be really active to be a moderator and do lots of stuff

I don't think you can be a moderator. But, you can become a content creator if you create cool stuff that gets noticed or winning a jam.
