Sound effects
Scoop5

Hello, I'm making a text based python game, and was wondering if I could get sound effects. I'd love a quiet thunder with like a light rain dripping in the background. Or when the boss shows up like a loud thundering like steps. Is there a library I need to import because all the tutorials I've seen require files downloaded to the computer (but I like to code from all different places, and would like to upload the game to websites once it's completed). Thanks for your help in advance!

Hello !

The only sound effect is the bell, and I do not think that is what you want ;)
Try it here

The only solution is to use python in a graphical mode, with pygame for example and to recreate a console to run your game.

But this is quite a lot of work and the result will not be so good, sorry about that :/

How long did it took you to make this program?

@Miner36number2 I'm 4 months in, but it's my first major coding project or video game ever. If you have some experience, you could probably do it much quicker. (If you don't creating functions seems annoying, but they save soooooo much time)

WOW!!! 990 lines?! :O

@Miner36number2 it was 1350, but I made two new functions and cut a bunch out
