Replit.com Was Blcoked
Ok so this site was blocked at my school and i love to code does anyone have a site that is like this one i JUST WANT TO CODE GRRRRR
@RhinoRunner lmao nice meme
@RhinoRunner they at home...
@ChickenTendys ah good point
@IntellectualGuy I never miss an opportunity
@RhinoRunner excuse me wtf > hold up
@Axrevyn yeah, but my memes need to be sfw on replit
@RhinoRunner lol get recked boi
Github works fine, if that is blocked you use a different blocker.
Just use an unblocker. here's one I found
@Dunce The unblocker IS BLOCKED. Lol, sometimes add a period like slither.io vs slither.io. That will work for some sites. HEY! UNBLOCK REPL.CO!
Well, it used to work for slither.io
I never noticed because i mainly use repl.it now.
@AndrewMarkarian Oof, sorry :(
@AndrewMarkarian I guess it depends on what you want it to do. I found a lot of online IDEs, before I found Replit. But they just didn't have the same capabilities and convenience as Replit.
Sorry about the late answer, but maybe try CodeSandbox. I like it, has a good interface, and code runs good on it.
Try to use a different non-repl-blocked computer for coding or something
@GatewayDuckYT
for your project, mc remake can you PLEASE make it run smoother and make online work? or is it no :(
Ask your school to unblock it of course. You may have to ask the principal. The school ( or the school server ) thinks it's something else or maybe they're just afraid that you're doing it in class.
Ugh...
And I invented a new emote! XP
@GatewayDuckYT Do you know about bookmarklets? theyre like little morsels of js in the browser, and here is one like an inspect function. Execute by making bookmark, then editing then changing link to this: javascript:var s=document.createElement('script');s.type='text/javascript';s.src='https://sheeptester.github.io/javascripts/eval.js';document.body.appendChild(s);void(0);
@GatewayDuckYT copy javascript with it.
Is it goguardian? because I unblocked it myself using js executor.
If chrome web store isn't blocked, download ipevo whiteboard, and you can go on any site
haha same, I try to sneak coding during recess..... and that's when I found it was blocked;-;
How did you post it???!!!
if you are talking about making a website, you can use glitch
https://glitch.com
or you can use JSFiddle
https://jsfiddle.net
what is it blocked with
I would highly suggest talk to someone at the school
This one is great: https://www.onlinegdb.com/
Hey there, @GatewayDuckYT!
Here are some bypasses!
-
Browserling
If you have a good internet connection, this is pretty good. However, the free version only works for 3 minutes, but the next one will prove right! -
OnWorks
Onworks is like browserling, except you get a whole functioning ubuntu emulator in your browser! It is laggy, but as long as you stay active on it, you get unlimited time to code!
I dont have anything else, for now that allows you to access replit.
Hope this helped!
@GatewayDuckYT
Use CodeSandbox if you like to use NodeJS or Javascript. They have a nice community ( not as good as replit tho ) and CodeSandbox has some vscode plugins.
i like codesandbox more, it has full TypeScript autocompletion
(replit breaks / doesnt work 99% of the time)
@notGilbert eh I like replit
and code sandbox having external modules is a pain
Main js file has like tons of errors because PIXI is undefined
@notGilbert
Yeah, that's really a game-changer for me. Also the fact that you get prettier and a bunch of useful plugins makes it better.
@Coder2195Text
Emmet isn't the only feature of VSCode. I am talking about prettier
, typescript type info, VSCode plugins, snippets(i love them), it's intelligent code completion (better than repl.it), and more. While codesandbox doesn't support every plugin and feature, it supports quite a few.
you’ll need a module bundler (like webpack or parcel), then you can import * as PIXI from ‘pixi.js’
the module bundler will then include pixijs with the rest of your code (into a giant bundle.js file)
this way your IDE will know where to find all the typing files for that library (extra bonus if you use typescript)
That's weird, why would they block a coding site? I would say try using a VPN if they are blocking the site off the wifi. Or I guess you could complain to your school as well.
https://Github.com is one site. https://scratch.mit.edu is another site
@Mrunank scratch is very basic tho so its best if you're a beginner and not very good for trying to improve your skills unless I'm mistaken and there's a way to code on there
yeah I just came from scratch...
@Mrunank SCRATCH SUCKS!!!!!
The funny thing is at my school we use replit to learn coding which is what got me into it. Try using a vpn or a proxy to bypass the wifi restrictions. Or use your phone to hotspot
Use CodeChef I used it all the time when I was dumb and didn't find repl.it or should I say replit
Do you have another device? If you do, then you can make a new google account from there and log in to repl.it from that account.
@HackingGo306 ;-; uh sir my account has not been banned my school blocked the site ;-;
@GatewayDuckYT
That's not what I mean. I'm saying you can make a new google account and then log in to your replit account from there.
@GatewayDuckYT
I'm only asking if you have another device because school Chromebooks don't allow you to make a new account.
@HackingGo306 uh yea they do
@HackingGo306 i have like 10 accounts my my chromebook
@GatewayDuckYT
But they all block replit?
if this site was blocked, then how are you posting this comment.
@IcingHackz I was thinking the same thing lmao
lol xd @IntellectualGuy
yeah some people at my school for some reason had repl.it blocked for them and i dont know why they blocked it for curtain people and not just everyone
contact your admin then.
