Replit or visual studio
Which one do you think is better?
Visual studio is way better. You can do lots of stuff you can't do in repl.it
Visual studio is the best ide overall for C++, C#, and Unity game development. It is easy to set up (although maybe a bit longer than most systems) and it is easy to jump right into coding.
Replit should not be compared with visual studio. They use a similar editor layout, namely monaco. However, replit is not only an IDE. It is the fastest way to get coding into almost any language you want, and you can also easily host things.
It really depends on what I need. I wouldn't say one is better than the other because they both have different features.
repl.it is helpful because it has a community where you can share and ask questions about code, and it also has a database you can use. Visual studio can let you make larger projects, but in my opinion repl.it is better.
I think Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise is much better than Replit. Although I am a novice programmer, I already appreciate this tool. Of course, Visual Studio 2017 offers numerous online courses to make it as easy as possible for beginners to use it. Have you seen the new version of Visual Studio 2017 yet? The extremely wide range of language choices is another highlight that makes Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 truly unique: from older languages like Visual Basic to C and C++ and C# to TypeScript and Phyton, or even other web languages like HTML or CSS. The ability to program in different languages is the main advantage of Visual Studio.
