Repl.it Lingo!
Hi! I have a few questions about what people mean when they say things.
Warning: some of these may be so dense that they will blow your mind
Mkay, I'm just going to start:
- What in the world is a cycle? Is it the same as an upvote?
- How do you make the font big, italics, and strikethroughs?
- What does the number that appears next to a person's username mean? Is it the number of posts?
- What's a 100 cycle special?
- Why is asking people to upvote your code bad? Is it sort of like influencing them?
- How do you upload photos to repl.it?
- How to you get rid of the automatic-upvote-to-your-post thing? It's kinda annoying.
Sorry for the long post, but I hope somebody can answer these questions.
See ya next time!

- A cycle is a meaningless internet point, you get 1 per upvote and 5 per question answered.
- To make something italic, wrap it in
*
*italics!*
. For bold, use 2.**I'm bold!
, for strikethough, use 2 tildescycle ~~framing~~
. - That's cycles.
- Overrated
- It's like writing a book, and saying on the cover
Please buy this, please, please, please!
SayingPlease mark this as the answer
is the same. - You can do it three ways:
- copy-paste
- use this form

- Use the select files link
- You can upvote it, but it's saying you support your own stuff.

@theroadtocode Hi,
Your questions are amazing and tricky to answer.
Without further ado, LET'S GET RIGHT INTO IT
🚀
Note:- The answers will be marked with the serials provided with the questions (Hope you understand)
Cycles are just points that are rewarded to a person. Explanation 👇
When a person selects your answer, You will be rewarded with 5 cycles
When a person upvotes your post or comment, You will be rewarded with 1 cycle.
Both the situations mixed leads to something called a Cycle
It is called Markdown
Check this amazing website, you will get each and single thing about Markdown:-

The number that shows after the person's username is all the total of Cycles he/she have earned.
100th Cycle special is nothing...
When a user crossed 100 cycles, from his/her happiness, they will create a one to Thank the people who have helped him to reach that great achievement in his life 🤣 (Just kidding).
No nothing like that, That just their thinking what Social may think about them when they wrote this sentence
If you mean to upload in a post then you have to just click something called Select files

If you mean to upload it in the Python code
This link allows you to use it with PIL library: Click here
This link allows you to do it with Tkinter library Click here
This link allows you to do it with Pygame, Click here

Yeah, whats a shell? @PattanAhmed
@theroadtocode Welcome
Happy to help!
LoL ❗
@JosephSanthosh So, here is the answer
In computing, a shell is a user interface for access to an operating system's services. In general, operating system shells use either a command-line interface or graphical user interface, depending on a computer's role and particular operation.
