@donoughCampbell Hi,
Printing isn't a feature right now through Repl.it
But you have an alternative solution.
You can download your code into a file and then print it through your system.
Here are some steps that you and your students can follow if they need to get the code copy to the lab printer:-
- Unzip it
- and print it. aka...Ctrl + P on your editor.
Maybe if you want this feature right into Repl.it, then you can post a post suggesting about this feature in Repl.it Feedback Board
https://repl.it/feedback/
The community may accept your wish
That's it you can try till now!
Thanks!
Hope this helps
@PattanAhmed thanks sent in the request
@donoughCampbell Welcome!
Happy to help you!
Please mark my answer if that helps
Thanks!
Thanks everyone for your ideas.
Sorry I was not clear. After completing a program can the student PTRINT out the entire code and the output from their desktop to the lab printer?
@donoughCampbell Unfortunately, this is not a feature yet. You can create a ticket in the Feedback forum, but for the time being, you can have them copy-paste the content into something like word and print it that way.
@SixBeeps sent in the form
Print as in with a printer? And do you mean printing your code or printing some generated content?
@SixBeeps with a printer
To print in Python, simply type print(
then in quotes whatever you want to say! These can be any type of quotes, so this works:
'I like cheese'
or this
"I like cheese"
You should now have print("I like cheese"
So just close the parenthesis and you have a print statement!
print("I like cheese")
@Muffinlavania lol.
This guy is asking to print the code with a printer
Not PYthon print statement
.
Good try though!
@PattanAhmed Now i feel way too stupid
I mean if someone asks to print, and their only language is python..
@Muffinlavania .
I was also one of your type dude.
@PattanAhmed ooooooooooof
@Muffinlavania :(
But I think now I am going fine!
@PattanAhmed yea i would say so! You have some amazing codes :D
@Muffinlavania Not that much...
Striking every day for good results like you.
:D
@PattanAhmed He says Not that much (currently making an Amazon Price Tracker)
@Muffinlavania yep.
Trying my best there!
Which language would you like? (Also expect the hordecycle farmers to be here any second)
Someone has already said this, but i would just screenshot all of the files, then print those images out as many times as you would like. YOu could put those screenshots in gmails, or documents or so on
