I don't think you can really change it? Try using another repl?
Also you should be sending the requests slower if you are getting blocked.

Changing repl didn't help. I didn't think that the website could block ips cause its a basic website

Try doing this! Fork the Repl, then run the new forked repl. Every repl has a different IP, so it should fix the problem.

(i did that to bypass browserling restrictions)
