This is what returned:-

In-text:- An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command

heroku logs --tail

That's it what occurs on my side.

Looks like it's a server problem. Report this to bugs and you should wait one hour before trying again.

Also try forking the project and removing unnecessary files (.replit, README, etc.) to lower the download time.

So it looks like your repl is too big and could be the problem as to why the code is not downloading! It's most likely the reason why!
