For installing packages, you can click on the cube icon towards the left of your editor which is the repl.it package manager.

I can't find the cube icon on my left. it was there when I created the repl, but now it's completely gone. Anyone has a solution to get the button back or download packages manually?

You are using a template that doesn't support packages.
All do, some don't have the cube.
Add pkgs.#languagePackages.#package to replit.nix to install the package (The package is automatically installed by Nix.)
Replit uses NixOS.
