Copy and paste

My project is a decoder/encoder. It takes a secret key and mixes it with your message forming a new message. To decode your message, you need the secret key and the message, which gives you something like |fpp4v9ZK2G]A-ShMp> as a message or secret key. Typing that in is a pain, and I need help with figuring out a way to be able to copy and paste it into the terminal, or not having to put it into a public file each time.

Ctrl+Shift+C to copy, Ctrl+Shift+V to paste.

Can't you do print(encoded) for example?
