Commiting to Organization Repo
Profile icon
[deleted]

I created a Github organization, and created several repos on it. I have admin rights on all of them. However, in repl.it, when I import one of them, I cannot push to them. Repl.it says the commit has been made, but Github does not recognize it, and it always just says I am ahead of the master branch. How can I push to the repo successfully?

Hi @sugarfi , can you link to one of the repls that is experiencing this issue? You should be able to push to org repos if you have access.

@sugarfi thanks! A few questions about your org:

  1. Are you an admin on the org?
  2. Have you restricted third party access in any way?

  3. Maybe your token scopes aren't updating, can you try disconnecting and recconecting to github via repl.it/account and going to connected services?

@replitjeremy I have admin on the org. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, to no avail. I have not restricted third-party access at all.

you just need to transfer the repo on github
then go back to replit
commit and reset the organization
( sorry for bad English

I'm seeing this same problem. Has this been resolved?
