Can people change the code from our repls
Hi, whenever, people press someones name, repl.it takes them to that person's repls. Are other people allowed to change that code, it the code is changed, can that person who owns that repl see the change?
@SUHASTADIPARTH1 Hi,
Noone can edit your Repl even they logged in into your profile!
If they try to edit then the Repl may get forked and he will edit in his profile.
When you open your profile the code will remain the same!
And when he opens he will see what he has edited on his profile with your Repl
So your code is all safe and secure and no one can't change it 🙂
Hope this helps

@PattanAhmed No problem.
@firefish Ok!!
It’s read only. Try going to my account and adding some code to one of my repls. It’ll fork it into your account so you, the owner, can edit it.
@CodeLongAndPros Thank you for the answer.
the answer is no, if its a mulitplayer repl then yes but other than that no if lets say I went to one of your python repls and attempted to change the code the repl would automatically be forked to my account, if I gave you the link or a screenshot of what I changed then yes you could see it.
@NDLFOREVER I understood, Thanks
Hi! People will not be able to edit your repls, instead, when they change your code, the repl gets forked and they own the newly changed code, but your code is unaffected. However, people can change your code if:
