Can I juse python f.open() in repl.it?
If I can how do I use it, how to open a folder should I write 'f.open("repl.it/@EmilWeinachten/xor", w)' or how do I juse it?

Assuming you mean f = open() and not f.open(), yes. However, you do not need the direct path, just the file name. For example:
