CPU questions

I guess that I have just been really confused with this whole Repl "vCPU" thing. Is it me or does it feel like that repl does not use the CPU at all, but entirely relies on the vCPU? I noticed this because C++ runs SLOW in Repl, but using something like Sublime or Geany, it is pretty fast. Help?

Yeah replit does use vCPU i think, if u look at their hacker subscription plan, it talks about how you can get 4x vCPU on your projects.

Repl doesn't run your code on dedicated cpus, if you have the free plan you get around 1/5 to 1/2 of a virtual cpu. If you have the hacker plan you get up to 2 vCPUs.

I am having this problem too, but the issue is that the cpu says it is running at a very slow 10% cpu while usually it runs at a decent 90% cpu.

Uhhhhh.

Repl is a Website, not an IDE. If you want speed, use a local machine.
Repl's big gimmick, at least for me, is I can code when I don't have build-essential, python3, etc.
