COMMANDS IN SHELL (C++)
suneater4000 (0)

I was doing a simple program with void function and if else statements in c++.
I found the column called shell next to my output and whatever I type in it, it says command not accepted.
can anyone walk me through this???

After the repl has exited, it does not enter a c++ repl as that doesn't exist. It instead goes into the language that executes the compiler. That is called bash.

Try this code: echo hi bash

The Shell is the interface for the Linux Bash shell, not for any C++ commands. If you're doing basic C++ stuff, you shouldn't need to touch it, but there may be some cases where it may be helpful to use.
