Is there no possible way to ping something in Bash becasue it says that the ping command is not found which is sad because that is a really basic command. Any suggestions on why or how i can run a ping command or is it just not possible? Are you able to install packages via terminal as well?

You can install it using install-pkg:

install-pkg ping

Then just use it.

@Wumi4 Look at the response i get when i did that:W: --force-yes is deprecated, use one of the options starting with --allow instead.
E: Package 'ping' has no installation candidate
ls: cannot access '/tmp/apt/cache/archives/*.deb': No such file or directory
