Are unit tests stored as files in REPLs?

Are unit tests stored as files anywhere in the file system of REPLs? It seems not.

The built-in Replit unit test tool is really handy. But, if the tests aren't stored as files, they can't be put under version control with GitHub along with the source code of a project. This is inconvenient.

No, unit tests are not stored as files as far as I know. I definitely agree with your idea, though I've never come across a user for it yet. You should definitely share this on the feedback page.
