Are all compilers/interpreters installed on every repl?
codingjlu (74)

I'm wondering, say, I'm in a Python repl. Is Node.js installed for that repl?

no
not true

nodejs doesn't have many of the capabilities as other repls, and this is the case for many other languages as well.

For example in node, you can't run rust, and python has terrible support.

@Coder100 yes tru, bash repls have nodejs v 10 but most repls will have at least some other languages

except for the repls that don't yes @EpicGamer007

codingjlu (74)

@Coder100 do you have a list of supported stuff?

Coder100 (16760)

node supports just about nothing

but basically any other repl should have the same support as a bash repl does. @codingjlu

no. Each language has it's own installations.

they should be. also, neither languages are compiled
