Anyone watching the space launch?
Cool! I’m not gonna watch everything but it looks noice!
Uhh I don’t know if I should upvote just so everyone watches it; repl.it is kinda for coding don’t you think so? @IndyCarter
Mehhh I’ll upvote, but if you get warned, I’ll take it off. It shouldn’t be a cycle farming this, also as cool as space is, it isn’t really related to coding I think.... @IndyCarter
Yes, I see what you mean, but watching the space Launch and providing a link doesn’t really... @IndyCarter
@IndyCarter I'm still watching it on TV, but it got scrubbed. They're gonna try to launch again on Saturday at 3:22 PM EDT. : ) 🚀
@Bookie0 +1, read the conversation.
@IndyCarter this is literally the definition of begging for upvotes. Please dont do this again :(
It is not @ChezCoder! I just want to let people know about it!!!😣
@IndyCarter yes. But if you really want people to know about it, don't force it to come. Let it flow naturally. Just let this be a friendly reminder :D
Thanks @ChezCoder
yup i woke up and watched the dude float around
i saw it was cool!
So cool @techgeek680!
I watched it! Go SpaceX! My dad was once an engineer for some rockets but took another job because it paid more. But my dad is still enthusiastic as ever about space. I hope that one day, in my lifetime, I can watch people land on Mars. This launch was inspiring to watch. This launch is proof that SpaceX is getting close to launching people to Mars.
Yes, @PowerCoder! It's awesome!
Successful launch today! :D
USA!!!! They did it @studentAlfredAl it's awesome!!
Yup! :) @IndyCarter
Yaaaaaaaaaa
Yay @AutoMontage! US did it!
I missed it :(
No, @DannyIsCoding it was postboned to Saturday at 3:22 PM EDT.🚀
@IndyCarter Yay! I still have a chance to watch it 😃
Already watched the live :)
Weather delay @Miner36number2 :(
It is the first time since 2011 that people are being sent up into space!
First time on American soil. The sad part is that NASA did none of it. They just paid SpaceX to do all the testing. It’s depressing, really.
@CodeLongAndPros oh really? I though NASA and SpaceX worked together on those things...
@DynamicSquid I mean yeah, but NasA didn’t make the rockets. They don’t design the Tech. They have the launch sites as a relic of the 60’s. The have the people as a relic of the 90’s. All NasA does is send cameras up. This needs to change. We choose to go to the moon and do the other things
. If anybody in power made that goal again, NasA could not do it.
@CodeLongAndPros oh yeah true, but Nasa and SpaceX have very different goals. Nasa is about science, they have no rush to go to mars, but spacex is is private, which means they need something that'll give them a profit
@DynamicSquid And look how that turned out with M$. I don’t mean to sound like NASA haven’t done anything good, but they are stagnant. SpaceX is where the innovation is now.
@CodeLongAndPros yeah, that's is so true
@DynamicSquid I just feel that NASA is now a puppet. Just to make Americans feel good.
lol @CodeLongAndPros but I love SpaceX
@IndyCarter They should Open Source their rockets.
Huh @CodeLongAndPros 🤔?
@CodeLongAndPros I mean, they are trying to make profit. Also, NASA would have a fit just because 'murica.
:(
, it got cancelled due to bad weather...
the next launch available is on Mar. 30th
Ya @DynamicSquid :(
Remember this @DynamicSquid? I haven't been online recently until like 2 months ago....... i made a NFL Season Simulation, A spinner wheel, a calculator, etc. I love coding now. Oh and yes, i changed my username
I'm late
Don't worry @PDanielY, weather delay
