Add D Lang

Replit should really add the D lang compiler. D is just superset of C, and is a lot like C++ but with just way more features. In addition, D combines OOP and Functional Programming, making it extremely useful for competitive programming. Here is the D website: https://dlang.org/

@SixBeeps I didn't even know that! It should be easy to use D then. But it could be implemented by Replit

@buggingTheCode Replit is phasing out their "proprietary" language templates (running on Docker containers) to make room for their more robust Nix runners. The idea is that if there's any language that doesn't have a Nix template, you can just make your own.

Because of this and the fact that not too many people have requested D as a supported language, I wouldn't anticipate D as a language option anytime soon.
