Hello everyone, this announcement marks the starting of the Kaboom Game Jam or KaJam in short. You have PRECISELY 1 week to make something FUN starting the moment this post was created.
Here is a short summary of all the details for the jam.

Here are some questions that were asked a LOT for some reason.
Q. Do I need to follow the theme?
A. NO. You can make whatever you want to, as long as it is fun. Think of following the theme as a bonus instead of a requirement. You are also free to interpret it however you want to.
Q. Can I participate with a team?
A. Yes, you can. But the prize money will be distributed among your teammates (not everyone will get $10,000 the team as a whole will)
Q. What are the exact requirements?
A. The ONLY requirement is that it is KAFUN, runs on replit and major parts of it if not all of it were developed during the jam period. You are free to follow the theme or not. You are free to use any language any libraries or frameworks. You are free to make a game, or something else entirely. You can make something entirely text-based or have high poly 3D graphics maybe even a mix of both!
Q. How will the prizes be distributed?
A. We will reach out to the winners, discuss how the possible means of transfer, and then do it.
Q. What if I don't win?
A. The best part about coding competitions is, you can NEVER lose. You either win or you learn (mostly both) so it's a win-win for everyone by simply participating (and you never know what you may win).
And that's it, folks!
