Why is my app publish blocked by a database dependency error during migration?
A missing unique constraint can block a migration that uses a foreign key. A foreign key links database tables. For this PostgreSQL error, add the needed constraint before the key that needs it. Do not clear the affected tables to fix this error.

- Identify the unique constraint needed by the failing foreign key.
- Apply that constraint to the production database before the dependent key.
- Ask Agent to review the database structure. Unique constraints must come before the foreign keys that need them.
- Publish again after you fix the conflict.
