A clear path forward

Can I edit website text after Agent credits run out?

Yes. You can change website text in your code without using Agent. Agent is optional. Manual edits use the same project files as Agent edits. Open the file in the workspace editor and change the text.

Changing a workspace file does not change your live site. You must publish again for the change to appear.

To update the text, follow these steps:

  1. Open the relevant file in the workspace editor.
  2. Change the website text.
  3. Publish again to update the live site.

Direct text edits through the Visual Editor also don’t use AI credits, but changes that require Agent may consume credits.

Editing and publishing are separate. Running or publishing the updated site may require available credits. If a billing restriction is active, you may need to resolve it before making your changes live.

Still stuck? Try troubleshooting with Agent.

Copy this prompt and paste it into Agent. For a project issue, open the project where it happens first. Add what happened and anything you've already tried. Don't include passwords, API keys, database connection strings or payment-card details.

Copying does not open Agent or send a support request. Agent availability and usage depend on your account.
