Problem Description

I'm running into a file upload size issue within a Replit deployment for users uploading documents to be analyzed by AI (Gemini). In development I can get 35mb files to upload no problem, however once it is deployed on Replit (using Neon and Object storage) it errors out anything over about 20mb.

Acceptance Criteria

If someone can talk me through how to get around this using Replit that would be good enough (and it works)
