The aim is to run a large-language model (like ChatGPT3) through our CRM historic communications with customers and pull out either:
(1) Positive comments from customers. E.g "I love the solution, it helps us so much"
(2) Examples when customers aligned with the problem area. E.g "Yes, this is a big problem for us!"
The mediums to run the large-language model through are:
- Email comms
- Zoom video recordings
Once these comments are identified, they will be output into a spreadsheet with:
- Customer Name
- Customer comment
- Whether that comment was positive or aligned with problem area
The App would run this model each week when new email or video calls are added, and continually add them to the spreadsheet for review.
