Problem Description

I need an Electron app that graphs neo4j data using the sigma library.
I can provide example project (although this is much much simpler), and UI picture.

Acceptance Criteria

Source code of an electron application that graphs neo4j database objects.

• The data should be imported (to neo4j db) from the UI by the user in CSV format and then graphed.
• The application must be able to run a database query and render the results from within the front end.
• The user interface must replicate the image and example provided.
