I am the CTO of a AI startup. We are in a niche high paying field with perfect market fit and no true competitors. High company interest and already signed/onboarded customers without funding and the site I wrote at a 4 figure per month per user price tag.

The company is now at the point where I need to hire more high quality genius devs to assist me. I need devs that I do not have to hold the hand of to think forward to dodge foreseeable hurdles, can just get it done even if it very difficult and frustrating, that I dont have to spend a lot of time managing, who can pick up my style quick, and can adapt and overcome.

We are hitting a critical mass on transition from startup to full blown company. So we have many positions to be filled and a lot to be done. Frontend, Backend for the website .. AI for LLM integrations .. Package maintainer for our internal tools and PR-ing open source projects for things we need.. general catch all Dev Wizard on hard bugs to unblock others in parallel. If you are skilled, driven, and meet the stuff I listed, then we will find a good place to fit you in.

The challenge is targeted at TS devs, i do not have a python challenge at current, but if u somehow provided a python solution that compiled to WASM and ran as the solution, I would be impressed. I need devs who are polyglots and can work any whatever environment is needed.
