We are looking for a developer with experience in building Microsoft Teams bots to help us set up and deploy a Microsoft Teams bot that captures participant video and audio streams. The bot should be application-hosted, and should be able to access the audio and video streams of participants in a Microsoft Teams call or meeting.

The developer should have experience with the Microsoft Bot Framework and the Microsoft Teams API, specifically with the real-time media APIs that allow access to participant audio and video streams. The developer should also have successfully implemented a similar application-hosted media bot in the past.

The project deliverables:

The project deliverables is the core infrastructure setup on Azure, as well as a bot skeleton that provide the basic functionality, which we can later expand upon.
