WebSocket robot

My idea is to use child_process to run the gpio command to control a Raspberry Pi's pins (including PWM on GPIO18 and GPIO13) and to speak via USB speakers and espeak command, but this repl.it code just outputs to the Shell. On the Pi, I'll use port 80.
