Hello! When you are using: import sample from "../public/sample.pdf" You are either using react to import another react file (.js) or a CSS module (.module.css). So from what I see, you are just trying to make a link to that file, so: import * as React from 'react' class Download extends React.Component { render() { return( Download Pdf ) } } export default Download pretty easy, don't you think?2 years ago

import imports a JS package and nothing else. Were you trying to make sample into a variable?2 years ago

Hey @DeanArvin, I'd say from personal experience that webapps on here scale fairly well. Especially because you have the hacker plan, memory problems are/will be rare.2 years ago

That's because you are in a form. The default action is that the page refreshes with the form input. The only solution is to change the form to a div or use JS to prevent the behavior (e.preventDefault for the submit button)2 years ago

Hi, because it is relative to your current path. Change your path to: import MyInfo from "../Components/MyInfo" the .. denotes the parent directory.2 years ago

This is because app.js is in a folder, while Components is outside of that scope. To get Components, you will need to write . in front of the path to go back one, and then at the end type ./. import MyInfo from "../Components/MyInfo" // . to get out of the folder // ./ to tell javascript you are trying to get a file and not a package `2 years ago
