Discord Bot for Sentiment Analysis

An example Repl to show a full use of PostgreSQL in action. This Discord bot will monitor messages on a server, manage muting for users who post in a particularly negative way, scale the mute and even provide a webview dashboard to see mutes in action and manually restore a user.
